The annual Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025. On this day, letter carriers collect non-perishable food donations left in mailboxes and post offices and deliver them to local community food banks and pantries. This is one of the largest single day food drives in the nation, and our friends at Circle of Concern are fortunate enough to receive donations from the Ballwin Post Office.

You can help fill a shift at the Ballwin Post office on Saturday, May 10th. Each shift is 4 hours long, and volunteers assist with processing and boxing up donations before they are shuttled back to the Circle of Concern warehouse.

This role does require standing outdoors (under canopies) and some lifting, so it is asked that volunteers are aged 16 and older (or 14 and 15 with an adult).

This is a great opportunity for groups to serve together. Students who wish to serve without a parent/guardian must be 16+ and have the Parent Consent Form filled out and returned to outreach@thecrossing.church.
