Robert "Cujo" Teschner is a former F-15 and F-22 fighter pilot, Weapons School instructor, squadron commander, and best selling author-bringing the elite accountability and leadership principles of America's Top Guns to business teams worldwide.

As the U.S. Air Force's expert on team accountability, Cujo developed the "vocabulary of the debrief," a methodology still in use today to drive high-performance teamwork.

After retiring as a full Colonel due to cancer, Cujo transformed his expertise into a powerful mission: teaching businesses and organizations how to build accountable, resilient teams that excel under change and pressure.

He is the bestselling author of Debrief to Win and Aiming Higher and the founder of VMax Group, an international leadership training company. As a sought-after keynote speaker, he equips audiences with the tools to lead courageously, serve faithfully, and build resiliency.

Today, as a man of active faith, Cujo draws daily strength, clarity, and direction from his walk with Christ-using his spiritual foundation to guide every mission he undertakes.
