Join us as we kick off our Spring Corporate Faith Speaker Series with Rachel Donlan MBA, FACHE. Regional Vice President, Strategy & Academics.
Rachel has more than 20 years of health care experience with most of that time at SSM Health. In her current role, she is responsible for both academic and community strategic planning, as well as physician development and expansion, master facility planning, volume growth, outreach affiliations, and strategic capital investments, for the St. Louis and Southern Illinois regions. Rachel’s strategy and business development team in the bi-state region leads all growth initiatives, outreach, rural affiliates, and strategic volume initiations across the community and academic ministries. Her most recent implemented initiative was the integration of SLUCare Medical Group into the SSM Health family. Prior to her current role she served as Director, Strategy and Business Development in the St. Charles County market. Rachel also worked in business development and physician relations at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri for five years before returning to SSM Health.
Rachel holds an BA and MBA from Lindenwood University. She is a Fellow and Member, American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She resides in Kirkwood within Saint Louis County with her husband and son.
